Traditional braces
These are the most traditional orthodontic option. The pressure exerted by the braces and the metal arch moves the teeth little by little until the desired dental position is achieved. It is a precise orthodontic option and the most offordable.
Aesthetic braces
The growing concern for aesthetics has made invisible appliances one of the most attractive options. These aesthetics braces are made of ceramic or sapphire and have the particularity of blending in with the color of the teeth, which makes them much more discreet than traditional metal braces. The mechanism of this type of aesthetic braces is the same as of the metal braces.
Invisible orthodontics
It is currently the most demanded system by adults, although the treatment procedures are very different form the others. They are trasparent aligners that are put on and removed throughout the day. These aligners are custom-designed using a 3D scanner, which also makes it possible to see what the results will be before treatment even begins. To achieve optimal results, the patient should wear the aligners for a minimum of 22 hours, removing them only at mealtimes and during daily oral cleaning.
